They just make you feel awake but they give you no extra energy whatsoever. You will gain much more energy from eating proper meals.

It's the same as coffee but way unhealthier. And tbh caffeine doesn't really affect me anymore, unless I save it for rare occasions.

No different than drinking a pepsi or something with caffeine, people now consume so much caffeine and minor stimulants not classified as drugs that a red bull doesn't do much other than keep you from sleeping, you just feel like you have the same energy. Try when when you're bone dead tired, it will keep you up for awhile, they're not like Adderall that you feel kicking in. I laid off caffeine and stuff for about a year and drank a monster and Holy shit it was like night and day, ended up only drinking half one and saving the other half for the next day. Your tolerance comes back so fast though, I mean people are giving even 5 year Olds cans of soda full of caffeine, so it's no surprise the effects of a red bull are so subtle because most people have been using for decades. That's why it's obvious if you have one when you're going to pass out, it's really the only time you can feel it.

Caffeine stimulates the nervous system. Taurine makes different organs slightly more efficient. If you don't have the energy in you already, there's nothing to increase the output of.

It doesnt really give energy but forcefully use your energy reserve, once the effect worn out you'll feel really tired and sleepy.

EVERY product with a clear label that Mukouda used for cooking in 'Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill' is a REAL product available to consumers in Japan. that's why studio MAPPA was able to 'self-fund' almost that entire anime. Bushiroad and dugout did provide SOME funding as the anime's producers, but the majority of it came from 'gratuitous product placement' advertising revenue. :>
